PILOTING

PRACTICAL & MODULAR.

As easier deposits deplete and ores become more difficult to mine and process more stringent environmental standards must be met. While these factors increase costs and risks, they also present opportunities for a more integrated approach to mining, processing, materials handling and waste management. By using pilot process equipment (with a capacity of up to 1 ton/h) we can practically prove the efficiency of chosen mining and processing of raw materials. 

Evaluation

Our mobile technological laboratory is perfect for work with samples of ores and tailings of various types - weighing from 10 kg to 500 kg. Anyhow, for basic analytical work, stationary certified laboratories are used.

Process design

We provide Eco-efficient and Cost-effective process design for the extraction and processing of ores and tailings.  We are recognized for our innovative use of concepts and technologies to investigate and provide solutions for a wide range of commodities. 

 

All process modeling is based on integrated design and Total Product Recovery (TPR) concept and includes process modeling and simulation, optimization and advanced methods of capital and operating cost estimation. 

Piloting

Studying and processing large-scale samples in the technological laboratory allows us, at the exploration stage, to select the optimal technologies and equipment for test and industrial processing of ores and tailings and start pilot mining and primary enrichment of raw materials, as well as design a final processing of the concentrate.
