Processing and study of samples at the in-filed laboratory allows us to carry out accelerated and reliable geological exploration and select the best technologies and equipment for processing raw materials. Quickly and at lowest costs.
Our professional experience plays a significant role in the process overall and allows to receive the first basic results straight at the site for planning further work.
Technological laboratory for accelerated exploration and pilot processing of ores and tailings is designed to analyze the chemical, mineral and particle size distribution of ores, as well as determine the actual concentrations of metals in the ore directly at the sites of geological exploration.
During the assessment of territories and potential ore-bearing objects it is very important to choose the right sampling sites. The study and processing of samples allows to obtain the results directly on the concession and to carry out an assessment of the object and geological exploration at very high speed (1-2 weeks).
Our mobile technological laboratory is perfect for work with samples of ores and tailings of various types - weighing from 10 kg to 500 kg. Anyhow, for basic analytical work, stationary certified laboratories are used.
Studying and processing large-scale samples in the technological laboratory allows us, at the exploration stage, to select the optimal technologies and equipment for test and industrial processing of ores and tailings and start pilot mining and primary enrichment of raw materials, as well as design a final processing of the concentrate.
SIMPLE & MOBILE
We have a few options for the In-Field Lab. The lightest version of Lab allows to do some basic works and fits into the standard luggage. Anyhow, all our Labs are easy to deliver even by air cargo.

We do not loose time, we save huge costs to our customers and we certainly deliver Total Product Recovery results straight at the site with supporting evidence.
COMPLETE
Our solution has all inside the package. We have designed In-Field Lab in such a way that it has everything that may be required during the survey.

Once Lab is in the country customer can use it for many years and transport from mine to mine if necessary.
